Hi, I’m Lucy.

Therapy is a safe place to just be yourself, exactly as you are today. No need to act like you feel better than you do or to sweep difficult emotions under the rug.

My role is to be with you – to keep you company – in the midst of talking through your experiences. Together, we can look at the beliefs and behaviors that have led you to where you are today. Through our sessions, we can practice setting healthy boundaries to help you prioritize your own needs - and finally care for yourself as much you care for others.
