Anxiety Therapy
Sometimes you walk away from a conversation replaying what you just said.
There’s a restless energy that sits just beneath the surface. You worry about what others think, whether you’ve been too much- or not enough.
Anxiety doesn’t always announce itself loudly. It’s more like a persistent background noise- one that makes it hard to fully relax or be present. It might show up as overthinking, self-criticism, or a tendency to imagine the worst-especially when you’re already giving so much to everyone around you.
Just saying your anxious thoughts out loud- in a safe, supportive space- can make them feel a little less overwhelming.
You may not be able to silence anxiety entirely - but you don’t have to feel quite so overwhelmed by it. Sometimes just having someone present with you in those anxious moments can be soothing in itself.
Imagine feeling a little more at ease- with yourself and with others.
Getting there doesn’t have to be rushed. This is a space to show up as you are, at whatever pace feels right for you.
